Monday 5th October to Friday 11th December 2026

HOMESCHOOL CLASSES
Ages 4.5 to 15 years

Mondays
• 9.05am
• 10.15am

Tuesdays
• 9.05am

All homeschool classes are 1 hour.

BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED CLASSES

• 3.55pm

Tuesdays
• 3.55pm

Wednesdays
• 3.55pm Advanced Class
• Invite only

Thursdays
• 3.55pm Beginner & Intermediate
• NEW CLASS

A GREAT COACH DOES MORE THAN TEACH SKILLS

Think about learning to ride a bike.

At first, someone holds the bike. They help with balance, give instructions, build confidence and make the child feel safe.

As they improve, that helping hand becomes lighter.

Eventually, the child rides on their own.

Coaching kids at Flips & Tricks is very similar.

Every child who walks into a class is different. Some are fearless and need help learning control. Some are nervous and need reassurance. Some learn quickly, while others need a skill broken down into smaller steps and repeated many times.

A good coach recognises this.

They know when to encourage.
They know when to challenge.
They know when to slow things down.
They know when a child is ready to try again.
And they know when to celebrate the small wins that might feel HUGE to that child.

Our coaches are not there simply to say, “Do a backflip.”

They are there to help children build the strength, technique, confidence and foundations that eventually allow them to perform skills safely and independently.

Sometimes coaching means giving a child a push forward.

Sometimes it means holding the bike a little longer.

The goal is always the same.

Help each child become confident enough to eventually say, “I can do this myself.”

That is what great coaching is about….

Looking for an active, structured homeschool program your child will love?

We’ve just opened a NEW Monday class from 10.15am to 11.15am, giving families even more flexibility.

At Flips & Tricks, at the Big Boing Trampoline Park. Kids don’t just jump around, they learn real trampoline and gymnastics skills through safe progressions, experienced coaching, and encouraging classes that build confidence every week.

Whether your child is trying something new or already has experience, all skill levels are welcome.

Our goal is simple.

Help every child grow in confidence, coordination, strength, and resilience while having an incredible time.

Trial classes are just $15.

Mondays 10.15am-11.15am
Tuesdays 9.05am-10.05am

TERM 3 IS HERE!

This week we kick off another exciting term at Flips and Tricks, and I honestly can’t wait to see everyone back in the gym.

Whether your child is joining us for their very first class or returning to build on the skills they worked so hard on last term, this is a fresh opportunity to grow in confidence, learn new skills, make new friends, and have plenty of fun along the way.

Every flip starts with one bounce.
Every new skill starts with one attempt.
Every confident child starts by believing they can.

Screens have their place, but nothing beats the excitement of jumping, laughing, and making real memories.
