Today marks one year since I held my first official sound journey as Ritual4U ✨ And what a beautiful ride it’s been.
I remember stepping into that first circle with an idea of what I wanted to create, but I don’t think I could have known then what this work would become, or how much it would give back to me too.
Over the past year, there have been so many journeys, so many different energies in the room, and so many beautiful Souls who have trusted me to hold space for them.
We’ve shared sound and silence. Deep moments and light ones. We’ve connected, released, reflected, created, loved and laughed together.
And somewhere along the way, Ritual4U has continued to find its own rhythm too.
Each journey has taught me something. Each circle has been different. Each person has brought something of themselves into the space and helped shape what unfolded there.
A year on, I feel incredibly grateful that I get to share this work, and still just as excited about where it might take me next.
To every Soul who has stepped into a circle with me, collaborated with me, supported an event, shared a post, brought a friend, returned for another journey, or simply encouraged me along the way - thank you 🤍
