Elliotts Personal Training is more than just your average place to come and exercise. It is the place you come to when you want to make a difference in your life and you want that to last forever. If you are feeling lethargic, tired, unfit, unsure of yourself or even if you are just bored with the same old workouts. If your feeling shy, hesitant & don't know where to start a new exercise regime, I

can help you find your exercise mojo, feel great & achieve wonderful things. How can Elliott's Personal Training help you? I run group fitness class in the beautiful parks of the Sunshine Coast. I limit my class numbers so that everyone get specialised attention. I ensure that everyones needs are take care of no matter what fitness level, ability or injures you have. I want everyone to enjoy exercise and reap the benefits. Its more than just losing a few kilos I want everyone to be supported, gain nutrition & fitness knowledge & be more confident. I want you to all have knowledge and understanding that you can take and implement for the rest of your lives. I've created sessions that are full fun workouts that will get your results. They are for all fitness levels and will keep your body challenged. We work out together in a group. It is more than just a fitness class where you just are number & come and go and no one checks in with you again. We are a community of likeminded people who want to be fit and healthy. We also want to live our lives and have a splurge once in a while. All our members are supportive and encourage one and another. There is no judgement - we are all working towards the same goal. I guarantee you will meet new friends & enjoy exercising. What am I passionate about? I have seen many trainers who just turn up to a session and do the same boring thing every session. I've watched them not care about there clients and probably not think about them again once they've trained. I've heard of people being turned off exercise because they feel judged, Scared of what people think, afraid that people will laugh at them because they are overweight or not fit enough. It breaks my heart when I hear this. Exercise should be enjoyable. We should laugh when we workout & have fun. We should do it all together so we can help each other. Especially in those days when we are feeling a bit flat. Im passionate about spreading this message- getting people to start exercising and enjoying it. I want to get more people motivated to lead a heathier lifestyle. Im not about looking for a short term fix - its about educating people and helping you lead a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life. So who am I? Im Renae Elliott. I grew up in a small country town in South Australia and now I live on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Im the face behind Elliott's Personal Training. I have travelled & worked in many different jobs. Personal Training & fitness has been something that I’ve always been passionate about. I have always wanted to work in a place where I can made a real difference. I believe that I can make a difference to your life through exercise and nutrition. I am passionate about helping people make realistic long term lifestyle changes that they will stick to & take with them forever. I don’t believe in crazy diets or short terms fixes. We all need to live & find a perfect balance in diet & exercise that suits our individual needs. I have been married for 2 years and in 2014 gave birth to my Son Cooper. I exercise throughout my pregnancy & was able to get back into shape after he was born. I believe in leading by example so that he will grow up with a healthy attitude to nutrition and exercise. Since having my son my whole world has been put upside down – but wouldn’t change it for anything. It gives me more drive to help Mums & Dads be the best they can be for there Children. I love running group classes & outdoor sessions. I want to make sure people become stronger, More confident & happy within themselves. Being Fit is a lifestyle & can help you live that lifestyle. I don't believe in being a drill sergeant or forcing anyone to anything they don't want to instead i prefer to be supportive, encourage & help people be the best that they can be and get the most out of every session. I am a firm believer in everyone living there lives - i don't expect anyone to have perfect nutrition and exercise 24/7. We all want to have a good time and will have blow outs occasionally. Yes, getting stronger feels good.
Having more energy feels good.
Feeling confident in your clothes feels good.

But the biggest changes often happen where no one else can see them.

You become more resilient.
You handle stress better.
