Building a World of Wonder -
Welcome to the Geo Wellness Kids Hub 🤸📚 🎨

Immersive learning begins with purposeful spatial design. We are officially mapping out a physical space rooted in calm, comfort, and curiosity. By structuring an environment that invites hands-on discovery, mindfulness, and play, we are building a physical hub where future explorers can truly thrive.

From our signature rainbow learning arch to cozy reflection corners and interactive wellness zones, every square inch of this room is designed to turn big concepts into real-world impact.

We can not wait to open our doors and welcome your family to a brand-new way for kids to connect with their world—and themselves.

Opening 2027.

Why Green Time Wins-

🌱 Calm Minds: Nature lowers stress and boosts happy moods.

😴 Better Sleep: Outdoor play helps kids sleep better at night.

🤸 Strong Bodies: Running outside builds strong bones and muscles.

Quick Tip-

📱 Turn off the phone/TV or tablet.

🚶‍♀️Step outside, even for ten minutes (after dinner is ideal).

This is equally important for parents, as is for children.

🧘 WHERE WELLBEING MEETS PLAY 🤸‍♂️

At Geo Kids, we believe children learn best when they are moving, exploring, connecting, and having fun!

Our educational wellbeing programs combine yoga, fitness, mindfulness, and sensory experiences to help children develop:

🌟 Confidence & resilience
🌟 Physical strength & coordination
🌟 Calmness & emotional regulation
🌟 Fine motor skills
🌟 Positive self-identity & connection

From stretching and movement games to mindfulness activities and sound experiences, every session is designed to nurture healthy minds, healthy bodies, and happy kids.

Suitable for Early Learning Centres and Kindergartens, Mindful Movers is recommended for children aged 0–6 years.

Because wellness isn't just something we teach – it's something we experience together.

Did you know children can lay face down on their stomachs during Savasana. While adults typically practice the traditional face-up "co**se pose," children's yoga focus is entirely on comfort, emotional safety, and physical grounding. We call this Prone Savasana.

Why kids often prefer lying face down-

Reduces Sensory Overload: Lying on the back can feel too vulnerable or awkward for a child. Flipping onto the stomach shields them from harsh overhead studio lights and visual distractions, helping them turn their focus inward.

Improves Grounding: The physical pressure of the floor against a child’s chest and belly offers a soothing, secure sensation that calms a fidgety nervous system.

Limits Distractions: When children face the ceiling, they often make eye contact with peers, which leads to giggling and restlessness. Turning face down naturally lowers peer interaction.

Tips for a safe and comfortable prone Savasana-

Hand Placement: Teach children to stack their hands under their forehead like a pillow, or turn their head softly to one side so they can breathe easily.

Offer Autonomy: Many studies have shown the best practice is to let kids choose their own resting shape. This might be on their back, side, or belly.

Keep It Short: Keep expectations realistic. While older kids might rest longer, Geo Kids notes that 15 to 30 seconds of quiet stillness is already a major win for preschool-aged children.

Yoga can help babies develop their gross and fine motor skills, balance, and coordination, as well as improve their flexibility and strength.

Our program within centres involves gentle stretches, massage, and playful movement tailored for infants. It supports a baby's physical development and emotional well-being, feeling calm and relaxed.

Our tip for anyone wanting to add some yoga at home is to always follow baby's cues and never force any movements.

Children's social and emotional development is a crucial, lifelong process starting at birth, involving the ability to identify, manage emotions, and build positive relationships.

Key skills include self-awareness, empathy, cooperation, and resilience, which are developed through secure attachments with caregivers and consistent interactions in early childhood.

Between ages 3 and 5, children experience rapid social and emotional growth, becoming more independent, imaginative, and social.

They develop friendships, learn to share and cooperate, and manage emotions better, though they still need support with big feelings.

Between 5 and 7 years old, children experience significant social and emotional growth, transitioning from egocentric thinking to understanding perspectives, developing empathy, and navigating complex friendships.

They become more independent, capable of regulating emotions, and sensitive to peer opinions while developing a stronger sense of morality and self-identity.
