Every Friday at 11am.

This 11am class is designed especially for children who are home schooled, offering an opportunity to expand their skills, boost confidence and learn valuable life skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu offers many benefits for kids, including:
* Physical development – improves strength, coordination, balance and flexibility
* Confidence & self-esteem – helps children build resilience and a positive can-do mindset

Anzac Day & Long Weekend Schedule:

Saturday - Normal Classes
Sunday - 8am Open Mat
Monday - 10am Open Mat

All other classes are off on Monday 27th May, for the public holiday.

Normal timetable resumes Tuesday.
