Another great night at the WFNL Senior Vote Count, with plenty of our guys and girls featuring throughout the night.

Congratulations to Michelle, who was named C Res Leading Goal Shooter, and Paul, who took out the Seniors Leading Goal Kicker.

A huge congratulations also to Jemma and Tom, who were both inducted as WFNL Life Members. A well deserved recognition of their outstanding playing contribution to the league.

Special mention to Josh Fowkes, Kyan Mellor, Holly Graveson and Michelle Beaton, who all finished third in their respective grades, along with the many other Warriors who featured in the top 10.

Lisa Considine was selected in the A grade Team of the Year as were Tom, Cody, Paul and Josh in the Senior football, all recognised for their outstanding year.

Plenty to celebrate as a club from another season of footy and netball. Well done Warriors! ❤️🖤

🐔 Rach, Rhonda and the rest of the kitchen crew are hanging up the aprons for the season after this Thursday night.

🍽️ We’ll be celebrating our netball grand finalists, C Res and the U15 netballers’ with dinner, so if you’re keen to join us, comment below and we’ll make sure there’s a plate for you.

Today we celebrated our junior Warriors and what has been another fantastic season for our young players.

A huge thank you to ALL of our junior players, coaches, team managers and, of course, the families who get them to training, games and everything in between. Junior footy and netball doesn’t happen without you.

To our top age players, congratulations on your final season as juniors. We wish you all the very best as you take the next step into the senior ranks, and we hope to see plenty of you still pulling on the red and black.

With season 2026 (nearly) wrapped up, we’re already looking ahead to 2027!

All Netball Coaching positions are now open for the 2027 season. If you’re keen to put your hat in the ring and be part of our netball program next year, we’d love to hear from you.
