We love seeing our beautiful clients progress every week and hearing how much better they feel In their bodies after moving in a session.

At our boutique home studio in Stanhope Gardens we offer Duo & Private studio sessions. We offer Mentor sessions to Polestar Students and we have online options for those who prefer to move from the comfort of their own home.
From August we are running sessions on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturday mornings.

I want to once again thank you for your excitement, support & understanding this year. I am so grateful to you all for being apart of Improve You throughout my pregnancy journey and graciously making changes for your continued health and movement practice while I focused on becoming a mum to our beautiful Gemma.

Over the past few weeks I have slowly been getting back into the studio and teaching Mat classes in The Ponds. It has been so wonderful to be able to have Gemma with me and teach. To all those who have joined us in our space, thank you for the acceptance, cuddles and kindness you have shown Gemma and your continued love for Coco.

We hope you all have a beautiful break over the holiday season and we look forward to seeing you again in the new year.

These little feet have changed our lives forever, we are so excited to be celebrating Gemma’s first Christmas this year.
