We’ve got South Coast Soft Serve joining us from 4:00pm! 😍🍦

They’ll be serving:

🥛 Milkshakes

Our canteen is open too with hot chips, noodle cups, pies, sausage rolls, cold drinks & heaps of lollies! 🍟🍭

👕 TEAM SINGLET UPDATE:

Can we please ask the following teams to arrive 15 minutes earlier tonight to collect their team singlets, as they have finally arrived!

🔅Basin Raptors
🔅Dragons Eights
🔅Little Thumpers

Please meet at the canteen area with your team 15 minutes before your game and we’ll have your singlets ready to hand out. 😊

For the teams that have a bye this week, we’ll hand your singlets out next Monday.

💡 5:15PM FIELD UPDATE

Please note that our 5:15pm games will be playing on Fields 1, 2A, 4 & 5 this week.

Unfortunately, the lights on the bottom fields aren’t working, and it’s too dark to play down there without them, so we’ve had to shuffle the fields around for this week.

📣 A FRIENDLY CLUB REMINDER 🐉

Just a quick reminder to our players, coaches and parents let’s keep our touches controlled and safe. Touch is a fast game, but making sure everyone is safe and enjoying themselves comes first.

We also want to remind everyone that disrespectful behaviour towards players, coaches, referees or other families isn’t okay.

A few simple things we ask everyone to keep in mind:

✔️ Keep touches safe and controlled
✔️ Respect the referees and their calls
✔️ Encourage the kids and keep it positive
✔️ Treat everyone at the fields with respect

We’re all here for the kids, to have fun and enjoy our touch comp. Let’s keep the fields safe, friendly and positive for everyone! 🏉🐉

📣 MONDAY 14th SEPTEMBER — ROUND 2 DRAW 📣

Just a quick update to our Senior Mixed division!

We’ve had an additional team join the comp 🙌 which means we’ve made a few changes to the draw.

Senior Mixed will now follow the same schedule as our Mini & Junior divisions, with the 10-week round competition + 2 weeks of finals.

To make this work, there will be a few double-header weeks throughout the season, and each team will have a bye at some point during the rounds.

TODAY’S THE DAY!

Our Junior Summer Comp officially kicks off.

Before your child takes the field, please make sure they sign on. Sign-on sheets will be available on a table near the canteen area.

Once signed on, please make your way to your allocated field for your game.

👕 TEAM SINGLET UPDATE

Our team singlets haven’t arrived just yet. If your child has been placed into one of our teams, we’ll be using bibs for today’s games until the singlets arrive. We’re hoping to have them here next week 🤞

🍟 OUR CANTEEN IS OPEN! 🍬🥤

We’ll have:
🍟 Hot chips
🥧 Pies & sausage rolls
🥤 Cold drinks
🍭 A heap of lollies to choose from!

🙋‍♀️ CANTEEN HELPERS NEEDED!
We’re also on the hunt for some canteen helpers. If you’re able to spare some of your time, please get in contact we’d absolutely love your help!

📣MONDAY 7TH SEPTEMBER — ROUND 1 DRAW + FIELD MAP📣

Only a few more sleeps to we kick off our junior competition this Monday afternoon!

Most teams will play at 4:30pm each week, with the 5:15pm game rotating between our Minis & Junior teams each week.

You’ll also notice that some teams will have a bye each week. This is simply due to the number of teams in each age division, and the byes will rotate throughout the season.

Please check the draw and field map below for your team’s game time and field.

On the day, could everyone please meet at your allocated field 15 minutes before your game. This will give everyone time to meet their team, get organised and familiarise themselves with the field layout.

📝 Reminder: All players must be registered to be eligible to play.

If you have entered a team, please make sure all of your players have registered before Monday.

Players must be registered to be eligible to play, so please double-check your team and make sure everyone is sorted before the season kicks off.

If you’re unsure please contact admin and we will be able to check for you.
