✅ Youth 16 – 17: 3 x 2 minutes, Muaythai/FTR
✅ Youth 14 – 15: 3 x 2 minutes, Muaythai/FTR
✅ Youth 12 – 13: 3 x 1.5 minutes, No Knees/Elbow to Head
🥊 18+ Athletes, Class C & B: 3 x 2 minutes, Muaythai/FTR, fully padded
