This level of physical pain gets me through the mental and emotional pain.

In these last few minutes, I feel all my boxing skill and technique leave my body, out of pure exhaustion. Having a good coach like Scotty is priceless to me... the chat at the end, because he knows im going to rewatch this footage and be pi**ed off at how s**t I am 🤝

I genuinely think being a coach / trainer you need to keep learning from other great coaches / trainers. Its 100% helped me level up way faster then before I had this guy pushing me around.

Keep the 1% better theory on hand, we ain't chasing the final product... The goal post are always moving, once you start levelling up the focus shifts towards bigger and better things. 🫶

Working on breaking the habits.
I like to run away after every combo, this time Scotty told me to try stay in range and for the life of me I couldn't break the fu***ng habit of running away.

I eventually got there, but it took a load of swear words and scotty sounding like a broken record.

Its these details I love getting pulled up on.

💌 My fitness goals are always shifting...
But it always circles back around being as strong as I can be at this point in my life.

I enjoy finding weakness in my body, sometimes I focus on the weakness.... sometimes I fall into the vanity bin and TRY to drop some body fat, so I can see more definition... but I write this as I am eating Tuesday half price waffles... so the muscle definition takes 3 times as long to show up 😒 and I'm ok with that 😊

At the end of the day keeping the body and mind active is the main star of the show.

🎶 Also how good is music for the soul x this song got me through the 50kg Single leg deadlifts. I will take Jaggars advice and start using straps to bypass my grip strength 💪
