FINALS WEEK TWO WRAP-UP 🐾

Nine Penrith South teams took the court for their preliminary finals, each giving everything for one more week of netball.

Congratulations to Top Katz, Madkats and Katchers, who earned their place in the Grand Final and will join the three Penrith South teams already waiting for them! 🖤💛

For those whose season has come to an end, there is so much to be proud of. Some games came down to only a few goals, while some teams reached a finals series after a challenging previous season—a huge achievement and a wonderful reflection of how far they have come.

Thank you to every player, coach, manager, umpire, scorer, volunteer and supporter who contributed throughout the finals. Whether celebrating a win or supporting a team through a tough result, you represented Penrith South with pride.

Nine Penrith South teams are back on court this Saturday—and a spot in the Grand Final is up for grabs!

Different paths got them here, but the goal is now the same: give it everything and get that win.

FINALS WEEK ONE | WRAP-UP 🐾

What a start to the finals series!

Through howling winds and late-afternoon rain, our Penrith South teams gave it everything. Some booked their place in the Grand Final, while others will return next week for another opportunity to qualify.

There were some special milestones too, with teams reaching their first finals series after an incredible year of growth and determination.

For those whose season has come to an end, we are incredibly proud of your effort, commitment and progress throughout the year. 🖤💛

Thank you to our coaches, managers, umpires, families and supporters for being part of it all.

FINALS WEEK ONE 🐯

Our junior and senior teams begin their finals campaigns tomorrow at Jamison Park.

Teams finishing first and second will play for direct entry into the Grand Final, with the losing team progressing to next week’s Preliminary Final. For teams in the elimination matches, a win keeps the season going.

The full schedule is attached—please check your game time and court before heading down.

📅 Saturday 5 September
📍 Jamison Park Netball Complex
⏰ First games from 9:30am

🚗 Parking is expected to be particularly busy, with soccer finals also taking place around Jamison Park. Please allow additional time to find parking and get to the courts.

📣🏐📣🏐📣🏐 FINALS 📣🏐📣🏐📣🏐

And just like that ... an exciting 2026 Finals Series is approaching!

📋⌚️All teams are required to have a Scorer and a Timekeeper. They are required to stand in the middle of the sideline, together with the opposing team's Scorer and Timekeeper.

The umpires for each game will bring the scoreboard and have a quick conversation with the Scorers and Timekeepers.

Please have these important jobs allocated prior to the game.

🏐 Across Rounds 1-14 (and Round 15 for some teams) Coaches and Captains have aimed to provide equal court time for players; family holidays and illnesses/injuries aside.

As per our Club's by-laws, it is at the Coach/Captain's discretion during Finals series games, to decide positions and allocation of court time.

All players will take the court, however court time and positions can constantly change during the Finals series.
