Sandie does fitness Hi I'm Sandie, currently doing my certificate 3 in fitness with Fit College Australia - HEY!

I’m Sandie, I have a degrees in both Science and Accounting. Working in an office environment means I like to spend my spare time moving my body. I love playing rollerderby, pole fitness, ultimate frisbee or just hitting the gym whether it be to LIFT or just a HIIT session. I’m currently doing my Cert 3 in Fitness with Fit College to improve my knowledge and keep my brain as active as my body! Looking forward to sharing all my insights along the journey.
