I dont normally share family stuff on here, but this is a special moment

Willows first ever made basket, the joy on her face is priceless

After she started to show some interest in learning basketball a month ago we have done a few "lessons" learning how to dribble, pass and move. But this weekend she worked really hard trying to get the ball in the 8ft hoop.

She ended up making 10 shots before she was satisfied with her work.

What a busy but fun week.

Leading the WABL camps with the amazing help of the AP alumni was a blast to start the week.

And then the shooting clinic and development camps

Thanks for coming down to capture the programs this week.

Now for a much needed weekend off.

After everything wrapped up, she came down and just stood there watching for a bit.

Didn’t say much… just taking it all in.

It hit me in that moment — they’re always watching. Not just what we say, but what we actually do with our time, what we care about, what we show up for.

She won’t remember the details of this day… but she’ll remember what it felt like.

That it mattered.
That I cared.

And honestly, that’s what this is all about.

Super proud of young flying off to for the next leg of her journey this week.

Having known Gabbie for a number of years, and being a part of her journey i can honestly say she is a real baller. The work ethic and attention to detail puts her top of her class.

The final fitout update

Its been a hell of a ride over the past few months but I am stoked with what we have created.

Huge thankyou to all the people and businesses that have been apart of the journey, forgot to do shoutouts in the video so ill do them here.
And most importantly my backers, who want to remain anonymous but you guys still deserve some love as this would not be possible without you.

The HoopLab is just getting started and I have big plans for growth in all areas over the coming years both internally within the lab and externally in the perth basketball community.

I appreciate everyone that has followed the journey this summer.

I had an absolute blast this week coach at the camp in Northam. Ran by

I was blown away by the effort and intensity the young athletes brought across the two days even with temps hitting 40° outside
