I caught up with the beautiful Bronwen yesterday and she said to give her love to all. she misses you all, but is happily working at Sunglass Hut - Joondalup weds and thurs... still has plenty of time for her fitness, as we would expect.

Hello everyone, I am sure you are aware We ceased trading on 1st Dec, BUT saying that I am still doing Healthy Weight Loss and selling our great snack products. The centre is now called Prima Fitness, check them out, they have remained as a female only centre, but now also has a studio for Prima Barre Classes and also Kick Boxing as well as the resistance machines and Cardio, it looks amazing. Our guess is that a baked potato here or there won't do any harm, but too often potatoes are consumed as chips and French fries, so it would be no wonder they're part of the problem
