I’M A FULL-TIME BUSINESS OWNER! 💗

I’ve officially taken the scary-but-so-exciting leap into running Little Lifters and Sophie Levett Fitness full time!

For now, I’ve stepped away from the classroom and my love of teaching, but teaching is still at the heart of everything I do. It’s woven into Little Lifters, where I get to combine my passion for education, movement and helping children grow in confidence.

You’ll be seeing a lot more of me:
✨ At Cody Barratt Fitness running classes and personal training
✨ In early learning centres and schools delivering gross motor programs and kids bootcamps
✨ At birthday parties, helping burn off all that energy and creating fun, active memories for our littlest loves!

This has been a dream in the making and it’s incredibly close to my heart. My hope is that Little Lifters helps fill a gap in supporting school readiness through movement, while giving every child the opportunity to feel strong, capable, confident and proud of what their amazing little bodies can do.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me to get to this point. I can’t wait to share this next chapter with you all. 💗
