I used to lose 3 weeks out of every 4 to pain. I’m not exaggerating.

Diagnosed at 21, after a decade of being told it was “just how periods are.” Offered weight loss and pregnancy as solutions.

Given 3 different pills that didn’t work. Fainting regularly. Missing weeks of life every single month.

It took me years of studying, a kinesiologist who finally looked at the root cause, and understanding that endo and adeno are inflammation and Estrogen dominance problems, not just “bad periods”, to get my life back.

Endo and adeno are estrogen-dominant diseases. Your lesions make their own fuel, ignore the hormone meant to stop them, and thrive in a body where the liver, gut, blood sugar, and stress load are all quietly working against you.

Birth control for symptom management is completely justified, but it doesn’t mean you can’t cycle sync.

It simply means you need to approach it differently.

Women with Endo and Adeno are CONSTANTLY being told birth control is the answer to fix there pain (short term), which yes, it can definitely help, but it doesn’t fix the root cause of the issue, your inflammation and estrogen dominance.

A little unhinged BUT for real, why do we think women with Endo can workout the same as everyone else?

ESPECIALLY during a flare, or on day 1-3 of your period.

Like respectfully f*!k off 🫶🏻 if you don’t have it, you wouldn’t get it.

A little back story, cycle-syncing my nutrition was the first big game changer in managing my Endo pain naturally.

It allowed me to give my body the nutrients it needed at varying points in my menstrual cycle (because as women we fluctuate daily with our hormone levels naturally, which means our nutrition needs have to change as well).

As we know, food provides the essential building blocks, detoxification support, and blood sugar regulation your body needs to produce and balance hormones.

So cycle syncing my nutrition just made sense because if your hormones fluctuate, and food helps with regulating them, IT SHOULD CHANGE.
