Focus on the Low Hanging Fruit
Being a successful global Baby & Family Swimming Franchisor, and working with , , pools, , and operators around the world, gave me the experience and practical knowledge to naturally evolve into consultancy. Over the years, this journey has led to the development and launch of aquatic programmes and pool operations across multiple countries.
As I now move into the next phase of rebranding Aquababies Global
, alongside exciting new partnerships in the US and Africa (official announcements coming soon), I have been asked an important question:
Should I focus only on franchising?
My answer is no.
For me, Aqua Global and Aquababies Global naturally intertwine. One creates and develops innovative aquatic concepts, while the other provides a proven platform to scale, educate, support operators, and build sustainable businesses.
Consultancy opens doors to opportunities that franchising alone cannot always reach. Not every venue wants a franchise model. Some need programme design, staff training, pool activation strategies, aquatic wellness concepts, or support turning underutilised pools into profitable community assets.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in business is not to ignore the “low hanging fruit.” Sometimes the greatest opportunities are already sitting within your existing expertise, network, and reputation.
Rather than forcing a single direction, I believe in building an ecosystem where consultancy, education, wellness, and franchising support each other.
The aquatic industry is evolving rapidly, and those willing to diversify, collaborate, and innovate will be the ones who continue to grow globally.
