The 2027 ILCA Under 21 World Championships are coming to Sandringham Yacht Club, bringing the world’s best young ILCA sailors to one of Australia’s leading sailing venues.

For those making the trip, the Worlds can form part of a full summer campaign on Port Phillip, with two World Sailing graded ILCA events at Sandringham, plus Sail Melbourne before Christmas.

Expect proper summer racing conditions, with strong sea breezes, open-water waves and plenty of variety across the course.

A big few weeks of racing, all centred around Melbourne.

See you at Sandringham.

The 2027 Performance Sailcraft ILCA Oceania & Australian Open & Youth Championships 1-8 Jan 2027- Sandringham, will be the perfect warm up for the Under 21 Wolrds.

Applications are now open for the 2027 ILCA Under-21 World Championships, taking place 10-17 January 2027 in Sandringham, Australia.

This is a restricted entry, allocated championship with limited places available.
