Class Cancellations ✨

Plans changed? No worries!

Cancel your class in the Groovio app within the cancellation window, and your credit will be returned automatically.

Here’s how it works:

* Adult Membership: Cancel 6+ hours before class and your class credit is returned to your membership.

* Junior Enrolment: Cancel 6+ hours before class and a make-up class is automatically added to your account for the same term.

* Casual Bookings: Cancel 24+ hours before class and your credit is returned to your Groovio Wallet.

💖 Remember: Credits and make-up classes are only applied when you cancel the booking yourself in the Groovio app.

Performance Night is for you 💕

It’s for all the little things that happen in class each week, for showing up even when you feel like you can’t, for the tricks you’ve worked so hard on and the progress you’ve made along the way, for the friendships you’ve made, the laughs, the wobbles and all those little moments you probably don’t think much about at the time. 🥹

You might not always realise how much progress you’ve made, but we see it!

Performance Night is a chance to celebrate all of that with the people you train with every week. A little moment to look back, realise how far you’ve come and enjoy the experience together. 💕
