Congrats to our 2 young stars, Campbell Moncrieff and Xavier Hurley, who have both had fantastic weeks at the Country Cup.
Campbell having got past 50 twice for the week and getting another score in the 40s.
Xav had a quieter start to the week, but finished today with a bang, scoring 125 to lead Gippsland in chasing down 290 with 9 balls to spare.
Both boys chipped in with wickets throughout the course of the week as well.
Gippsland have finished in third place after the round of matches, unfortunately missing out on the final after finishing on equal points with the second place side, but having an inferior net run rate.
