Just spent a few days scoping out the Sapphire Coast: Merimbula, Eden, Pambula - what a stunning part of the world! Kayaked on the Pambula River with Jess from Navigate Expeditons and my recce mate Charlotte. Also visited Boyds Tower and Green Cape Lighthouse. Stay tuned for a planned Seek Sista trip down here! 💚

Spring sure sprung out there from Little Manly Cove via North Head. We loved our 10k morning today. Absolute scenic blast 🌸🙌

We sure got amongst it this August and it was quite a warm one for the most part. We hiked, we walked, we Coastrekked and Seek Sista found more outdoor providers to collaborate with to take us beyond hiking and walking. There’s a big world out there to explore & build confidence in. Bring on Spring, bring on more fun times! ❤️🙌🌿🥳

Encouraging you to walk locally on Weds. A great way to break up the week & reset until the weekend 🙂 the Sistas were in Warriewood this arv. Last time here we saw bats and a snake, today it was a nest building show. All in a 2 hour space of carved out time for a nature fix 🌿👍

Lane Cove Riverside 10km hike never disappoints. Today was the perfect temp. No water dragons this time but many cockatoos and a fun friendly morning out 🌿🙌❤️

They’ve begun! Friday arvs down at Clontarf with Belinda from chocolatefitness is happening! We blend Sistas & Belinda’s clients together for fun sessions of exercising with a hiking twist, along parts of the beautiful Spit to Manly trail. Stay for a sundowner afterwards. A great way to end the week & boost your fitness for outdoor fun 🌿☀️

On Friday 6 Seek Sista members joined about 900 other participants in the Wild Women On Top Coastrek! We helped raise over $300,000 for Beyond Blue. It was a stunner of a day. We walked 20kms from Malua Bay reserve walking the famous Munjip Trail. Beautiful scenic views! We kept together as a team supporting each other, keeping an upbeat vibe (despite our sore legs & blisters). I'm sure we'll do it again in the future, let's get a team of 20 together next time!

Check this out when next in Hornsby. Quite a lot of Heritage Steps either side of the Hornsby Park - Crusher Plant Precinct. The Sistas will go there again on a Wed morn next time 🙂
