From tomorrow, Nina will be taking over our Friday 9:30am and 12pm classes from Rabea.

If you’ve loved training with Rabea, don’t worry — you’re in great hands. Nina brings her own energy, expertise and plenty of encouragement to every class 💛

A little timetable shuffle is coming your way! 👀

From Tuesday 9 June, we're making a small tweak to our Tuesday morning lineup based on attendance trends and your feedback 🙏

The new Tuesday morning schedule will be:

🔥 6:00am Powerhouse (Cardio Boxing)
✨ 7:00am Reformer
✨ 8:30am Reformer

We've heard your requests for more cardio options, so joining the timetable at 6:00am is Powerhouse - combining Reformer Pilates and Boxing for a cardio burn 🥊💪🔥
