Hello Rowville Families,

Multi Event this weekend Saturday 15th Oct.

We need your help!!
We are in need of at least 5 families to help with duty this weekend as rostered families are unavailable.

If anyone can please step in and help it would be greatly appreciated.
Please go straight to the duty sign in table to be allocated a duty. This list is sent to us each week.
Also please comment family name here if you can help.

Moving forward we will be using a rotating roster for parent duty as we are still struggling to meet our weekly duty targets. More information regarding this will be coming.

Hi Rowville Families,
We hope that all athletes had a great start to the season.
We are looking forward to Week 2, but we need your help.
We would appreciate extra parent help from those families who are not on duty tomorrow and for week 3 as we are expecting a decrease in duty numbers across the centre due to school holidays.
As Rowville is the largest club within the centre we need to provide the most duty helpers each normal week of duty.
Your help will be very much appreciated throughout the two weeks of school holidays.

* HELP NEEDED *

Knox LAC are holding a Working Bee this Sunday 16 January at 10am.

Please bring your own tools - a $30 working bee refund will be provided to assisting families.

See below for further details!

With our Open Day and EMR fast approaching it's time to get the track ready and looking good.

Date: 16 January 2022
Time: 10 am Start

Bring your own tools (shovel, rakes, pruning shears etc., blowers, line trimmers, edgers etc. (petrol power is preferred)

Jobs include: General cleaning up, weeding of the jump pits, shotput area and gardens, edging and whipper snipping around the track, pruning and cleaning up presentation area.

Refund: Families that attend the working bee will receive a working bee levy refund of $30 – just remember to sign in and sign out for the working bee.

Interested in Joining Athletics - Fees Reduced For Remainder of Season.

Registration fees have been reduced to $135 per athlete for the remainder of the season.

The reduced fee includes the remainder of the track and field season through to 2nd April 2022 and also includes the 2022 Winter Cross Country starting in Late April.

This Weekend's weekly competition is on Saturday the 15th of January 2022, with events beginning at 8.30am.

Just a quick update to let you that our Team Manager / President is unable to attend tomorrow's twilight meet.
We will have a box in the grandstand and collect all the tickets and they will be scanned afterwards or you can bring the tickets the following week.
