Our transformation.

The reason I joined the gym was because of him...
Not because I wanted to be skinny, or get bulky. But because of my husbands health during that time. Going to the gym together, we were able to support each other and develop a new healthy habit.
As time progressed, my husbands cholesterol started getting better. Exercise was the perfect medicine ! We both started feeling healthier, became more fit, lost some weight, and even started building some muscle. Our dedication towards regularly working out has only improved our overall health.

Remember "EXERCISE IS MEDICINE "

BOX JUMP is One of my favorite training

The box jump is a plyometrix move that strengthen your main lower body muscles (glus,quads,calves & hams)and strengthen your core too. It will make you faster, more powerful & springer than ever. They will make your legs hella strong, increases your strength and muscles tone. Box jump also boost endurance and improve your cardiovascular health.

I done 75 cm height for 100 jumps less than 10 minutes and the truth.. it is more than half of my height πŸ˜†
Do you know My next goal??? JUMPS 100CM HEIGHT πŸ˜‰
P.S "I done 85cm fews jumps Already " 🀫

I'm small I'm short I'm mom (I'm soon to be 40YO ) and still prove it I CAN DO IT, so... if you want able to do it... let me know I will more than happy to help you πŸ™‚

Meet Francesca...

She lost another 4 kg in the last 3 weeks, she make a lot of improvements in the last fews months, getting fit and stronger. She push her self harder during the training,and keep smiling when I kill her on training (LOL)🀣 .Proud of her.... well done gorgeous 😍 πŸ™ŒπŸ‘

Our gym back on tomorrow πŸ₯° but your body probably isn't in the same condition as Pre_Covid . Weather it be a loss of strength, fitness or shift in body composition.
So remember to give your self time,dust of the cob webs,jog the muscle memory and build back to previous strength and performance weights.

Use the first week or two back to focus on getting back into a training routine , start a bit lighter and then we start hitting progressive overloadπŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ. To much to soon can lead to injury ( more time off ) Be kind, Work hard and Keep safe.

How to keep my self motivated do exercise in home during this pandemic covid 19? I know it is hard...but we need to be strong and focus.
Honestly... I look this photo every time I start get lazy, I told my self ...
" Gita... don't be lazy otherwise you will back to your old size. Get up and workout "
And I put this photo in my bathroom for reminding me about all the hard work I been through.πŸ˜†

Every day after workout while I'm sweating, I look my self (included my whole body) in the mirrorπŸ€ͺ and said
" well done for today and I love you Gita , I proud of you " πŸ₯°
then I take selfie photos🀣 to cheers me up.
