🏀 JUNIOR CLUB TRAINING INFORMATION UPDATE 🏀

Junior Club Training gets back underway next week, and we can't wait to see all our players on court bringing the effort, developing their skills, and connecting with teammates.

Attendance is strongly encouraged to get the most out of the upcoming season!

Check out the updated details below to make sure you know exactly when and where to go. Please note the later start and finish time for BOYS in the U12 and older age groups:

🗓️ Weekly Schedule

⛹️‍♂️BOYS [MONDAYS] – Commencing 25 May
Under 10 (ONLY): 5:00pm – 6:00pm
Under 12 and Older: 5:30pm – 6:30pm

⛹️‍♀️GIRLS [TUESDAYS] – Commencing 26 May
All Age Groups: 5:00pm – 6:00pm

🛑 Holiday Closures (No Training)

Please note that there will be no training during the school holidays on the following dates:

🚫 Mon 29 Jun and Tue 30 Jun 2026; and
🚫 Mon 06 Jul and Tue 07 Jul 2026

As we rely on the CQUniversity courts and do not have an alternative venue, sessions cannot run when the facility is unavailable due to prior bookings. Any further disruptions will be posted directly here on Facebook.

🎒 Training Checklist

Before you head to training, please make sure to bring:

☑️ Non-marking court shoes
☑️ Appropriately sized basketball
Size 5: U10/U12 Girls and Boys
Size 6: U14+ Girls and U14 Boys
Size 7: U16+ Boys

OUR FRENCHY CREW REGISTRATION IS NOW COMPLETE!!

We're so sorry if you missed out, but we had a limit and went waaaaay over. With over 160 people set to stride it out on Sunday in the French green in each of the distances! If you're registering by yourself you can still join our team, just search for Frenchy Crew when you're registering and run with us!

Come meet us at the Frenchy Flads on Riverbank for a pic. We'll gather about at 8am, just before the 5km run kicks off, Remember to wear your Frenchville Training Shirt so you stand out and represent!!

If you're not hitting the pavers, then come along and cheers the team on from the sideline. The banks of Tunuba are beautiful on a Sunday morning.

🗓️ Winter Season 2026 starts THIS MONDAY! Round 1 of the Junior Competition begins 11 May 2026.

🏀 Basketball Connect Registration: Only registered players are permitted to take the court. If you haven't completed registration in Basketball Connect, please action this as soon as possible, specifically using the link provided to you by the club via email.

🔗 Use the Official Club Link: Please exclusively use the link provided by the club to ensure you register with Frenchville Panthers and not RBI.

⏳ Don't leave it to the last minute!: Registrations must be completed at least 2 clear days prior to the player's first game. We cannot process late registrations the day before, or on game day; there's no guarantee names will sync over to the scoring iPads without sufficient lead-time.

📧 Team Lists: All team emails have been sent. If you haven’t seen yours, contact the club via email right away.

🩳 Uniforms: Don't forget your new-look Club Playing Shorts!

⚠️ Cancellations: If your child/ren can no longer play in Winter Season 2026 after all, please let us know as soon as possible so teams can be adjusted accordingly.
