Class Update: Over the winter period there will be no Junior / Beginner class held on a Monday. The usual Monday senior class will still run from 5:30 to 7pm. Please note due to the public holiday next Monday the 8th there will be no class running. Super proud moment for Rochester Karate following the Shinkyokushin Vic titles held in Werribee yesterday. Hayden and Reese represented the Rochester dojo with Hayden taking out 3rd in his non-contact division and Reese taking out 1st in his contact one match fight. Well done to both for all the hard work they have put in whilst preparing for the tournament and for their awesome efforts on the day. Well done also to Sensei Lee in training the boys up and the mentoring and support he has provided. Great team effort 👏 👊🥋Osu

Fantastic training at Mt Eliza this weekend. Lots of great training sessions as well as group bonding activities. The spirit and enthusiasm shown by all students was awesome. Big thanks to Sensei Thomas from Bayside Kyokushin for organising the weekend and to Shihan Lance for overseeing the weekend and providing the wisdom of his 50 plus years of karate training. Well done to all students and instructors for attending and making the camp a great success. Osu 🥋👊🌴

Awesome beach training session yesterday with around 100 Karate-ka in attendance. Great to see so many Instructors and students from various dojo’s in attendance. Big thanks to Shihan Wayne for organising this event. 🥋👊

A new beginners class for 11 years and under has been added to our Monday schedule. The class runs from 4:15 to 5:00pm. First class is free so no excuse not to come and try 😃
