Bridget became a Pilates Instructor after falling in love with movement in her own practice. “I wanted to share the strength and empowerment that movement can bring, helping others to find that connection within themselves. Outside of the studio, you’ll find me in the in the sunshine, with friends & family, or exploring new places.”
