A common question I get asked is 'should I eat before I train" Here's my thoughts.
Your main goal for your sessions should be getting high quality, sufficiently challenging training completed. However fuelling these sessions may be difficult because of several reasons. You want to train hard but don't want to be too full or lack energy.
So what's the answer? Take into consideration:
1. Training time
2. Training type, intensity and duration
3. Previous intake
4. Personal preference
