Meet our gorgeous member Leigh!

Leigh wasn't a stranger to training with her background of team sports & career in the army.

Leigh was training at the commercial gym and going about her training as normal, she was ticking the boxes but knew something needed to change, she craved that team environment, comradre, reliable training structure and energy behind her training again.

Leigh is actually also off to compete in the Transmoto 8-hour at Narrabri this weekend!!! Wish her luck! 🍀

Fun fact she also won the 2026 Beachathalon with they were a force to be reckoned with! 😍

Leigh lights up the room at 5:30am 3-5 days / week and has now started training with her legend of a fiance too! Fitness couple inspiration! 💪🏽

Jenine is a seasoned coach, a wife, a mum of a beautiful 5 year old boy Brayden & absolute powerhouse of an athlete!

You say you don’t have time to train.

But what does your screen time say?

Most people can easily lose 45 minutes scrolling reels, watching other people live the life they want, build the body they want, or achieve the goals they want.

The hard truth?

It’s usually not a lack of time.

It’s a lack of awareness of where our time actually goes.

Because if we’re honest with ourselves, most of us could find 30-50 minutes to move our body if we spent less time consuming and more time doing.

Scrolling feels productive because we’re constantly stimulated.

Training feels harder because it requires action.

One leaves you exactly where you started.

The other changes your life.

Before you tell yourself you’re too busy to train this week, check your screen time first.

You might find the answer staring right back at you.
