🖨️📝 🖨️📝 🖨️📝 Calling EVERYONE coming to the Gathering! This process applies to everyone (including Educators and Vendors). It's time to get printing.

No ticket, No entry! You will be held up at the gate if you don't have your ticket ready for scanning (which also holds everyone up behind you).
Please have your ticket printed (or opened on your phone) ready, this is the quickest way to get everyone into the Gathering. Unless you have spoken to me and have your name on the "Front Gate List" you will not be allowed access (people dropping off horses, the band or partners coming to set up).
No waiver, No wristband! If you don't have a wristband you will be asked to leave. This keeps us all safe. There are different colours for weekend and day tickets. PLEASE have your waivers PRINTED AND COMPLETED before you come to Headquarters. If you don't have your waiver you can purchase one at HQ for $10.
If you join the line without a waiver being completed you will be asked to step aside and then rejoin the line. We are expecting around 700 people checking in Thursday afternoon alone, your support in this process is appreciated.
Please remember: The staff that are at HQ are my family and friends, they are doing this for the love of me and that of the Gathering. Disrespect will not be tolerated, period.

🐎 If you are planning on coming to Gathering and have not got your event ticket or joined a waitlist for clinic NOW is the time. We are about to do a final sweep of all clinics to accommodate as many on the waitlist as we can. Competitions are on track to be opened up at the end of this month.
