Grace Beck, our Centre Captain, was named Female Distance Walker of the Year!

Three former Ku Ring G*i athletes have been chosen to represent Australia at the World Athletics under 20 Championships in Oregon in August.

💚Zoe Woods 5k Walk
💚Samara Bond 4 x 400m relay
💚Dylan Hall 4 x 100m relay.

Dylan is also our long jump coach.

Amalia Bond represented Australia in the triple jump at the under 18 Oceania Athletics Championships held recently in Darwin. Congratulations to them all!!👏

We’ve had a fantastic response to the NSW Cross Country Relays so far and would love to see even more athletes involved. It’s a great team event and a wonderful experience for all participants!
