Spark Battles #1 2026
Members and friends of Higher stepped in to battle at our internal competition today.

It isnt easy to sign up and go to battle. So many ifs and buts and internal stories preventing the fun.
But when you put this to the side and have a go anyway, you come out the other end with lessons and memories to last a lifetime.

Congrats to all who competed. Thanks to all who helped. The technique, the vibes, and the camaraderie was on point, making it an epic time for all.

This weekend!! Our very first Full Guard x Higher Jiu-Jitsu Spark Battles for the year is on 🔥

This is a chance for our students - experienced competitors and first-timers alike - to feel what a real competition environment is like, test their jiu jitsu, and make memories with their teammates.

The emphasis is on learning and safety. No one's attempting murder for the sake of a cheap medal.
