✅ Keep your back against the pad and chest up
✅ Maintain a slight bend in your elbows
✅ Drive your elbows inward, not your hands
✅ Squeeze your chest hard at the end of each rep
✅ Control the stretch on the way back
Small form changes = bigger chest gains.
