This ANZAC Day, we’re coming together to honour the brave men and women who served by doing what we do best—moving with purpose. 💪
Join us for a powerful morning of remembrance through sweat, as we take on 2 Hero WODs — workouts created in memory of soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice in active duty.
These workouts are tough, but nothing compared to the courage and resilience of those we honour. Let’s show our respect, together.

My ‘Morning’ routine… all before 9am!

Mornings on a school day are no joke!! Any mums out there who find their mornings calm please DM your tricks!!!

From the moment I wake up at 5am, sneaking out bed to hopefully not wake the monsters, setting the gym up for class, coach the 6am. Then straight into wrangling the girls, feed them breaky, make their lunches,clean the teeth, get dressed, put their shoes on (although need to ask them at least 3 times first) then get to school on time!!

The drive home from school drop off sometimes makes me feel like I have already completed a full days worth of activities. My stress levels are usually at an all time high and I have to remember to take a few deep breaths and re set!! (And reheat that coffee)

First off, I just want to say that your journey is beautiful and valid.

After having babies, your body has done something incredible, and accepting it can be a big, complex process, but it’s totally worth it. It’s important to honor where you are now and embrace the strength your body holds.

Letting go of the girl I was before babies and accepting this was the new me allowed for freedom to find and explore then new version of me, the better version!!

It’s completely natural to have mixed feelings about your post-baby body, and the path to acceptance doesn’t always look the same for everyone.

What has been helping you on this journey? Or if it’s been a struggle, what parts of yourself are you working on embracing more?
