Steven’s first ever Australian Salmon! 🤩🎣 Put up a great fight jumping out of the water (video to come!) and fisheries research weighed it = 3.5 kilograms! 🐟💪 We’ve heard they’re not the best eating (except smoked) but I followed advice and soaked the fillets in milk before cooking. No fishy smell and delicious! 😋👍

Saturday was a bit windier than expected but still a nice dive with dancing stingrays on the sand! Thanks Christie for the extra bubbles on the boat 🥂🥳 Pity the Jeep wouldn’t start afterwards; we had to wait in the pub for the RAC to arrive 😜🍻🚙🫧
