Something shifted for me when I stopped trying to fix everything at once and just committed to one small daily ritual at a time. This is probably my longest: drinking a big glass of lukewarm lemon water in the morning 🍋, sometimes with ginger 🫚 and honey 🍯. Two minutes but so much benefit for your body. Hydrates you after the night, supports your digestion and your immune system. Wellness doesn’t have to be complicated. 🌿
