Hey walking team 👋

Due to the storm incoming this weekend I’m going to have to cancel this weekends walk.

On that note I will also be away for a couple of weeks as I’ve got a little trip planned. Wasn’t sure if it was going to go ahead with the current situation but so far so good 😊

I will be back weekend of the 17th April.

Stay safe this weekend and keep those legs moving without me 👌😝 I will be back ready to walk and talk before you know it 💃

I think we took walking therapy to a whole new level today. 🤣
Talking turned to screaming then screaming turned to laughter as we solved life’s dilemmas together 🤓🤭
Watching you go from feeling deflated to full of life and laughter again really makes these walks so worth while.
And I’m grateful for your company today 👌 you’re such a beautiful human inside and out.
Keep smashing life 👏💪

The lows are not a set back.. this is where the real healing starts.

Life is full of ups and down just as much as healing, only difference is when you choose to heal you’re choosing to face your emotions in order to change the cycles to get better, stronger and more connected.

There’s no such thing as a set back, there’s no such thing as negative emotions it’s all relevant.

And if you choose to see adverse experiences as a lesson to be learned.. there’s no such thing as a negative experience…

Forgiveness has definitely been a big difficult journey for me.
But it’s a journey I’m glad I took.
There’s been times my lack of boundaries has meant my ability to forgive has led me to stay in places longer than I should and there was a while I judged myself for that.

But I don’t anymore, because healing is learning, growth is awareness and it’s important I forgive myself along the way too.

I’m grateful to be in this headspace compared to the dark one I used to live in afraid of the world.
