I bloody love being given the opportunity to geek out over breathwork, diving into the science behind it, exploring how we should be breathing on a daily basis for better health and wellbeing, and sharing practical breath tools for regulation that can be used both personally and in the classroom with students (if only I had these tools back in my high school days!)

Itβs pretty cool seeing more schools open up to this work and recognise how powerful the breath can be when it comes to managing stress, regulating the nervous system, and creating a little more calm during high-pressure moments.
