The scale shouldn’t decide how you feel about yourself.. but for a lot of people including myself, it does.

One number goes up and suddenly:

* “What’s the point, I’ve ruined everything.”
* “I need to restrict more or do extra cardio.”
* “I’ll just start again next week.”

And just like that… your whole mindset shifts.

The scale only shows the total weight it doesn’t show…
✔️your effort
✔️your habits
✔️your body composition changing (fat ↓ muscle ↑)
✔️hormone fluctuations

If your mood depends on it, you’re giving it too much power.

Focus on what you can control đź§  and stop letting a number run your mindset.

my workout routine at the moment alongside skating 🫶🏼
- 3x sessions of skating
- 3x strength gym based sessions
- 1-2x cardio sessions
- hitting my step goal everyday
- hitting my 120g of protein everyday
- making sure to get some fibre in
- 7-9 hours of sleep every night
it’s so important to find a routine that works, i also can’t express enough how important it is to do you research when finding a coach, starting off with 1. that is actually qualified and not some fitness influencer 2. understand your goals and 3. the plan is specific to you ! otherwise you will be repeating the same process every time without getting results xx

Today I got one last workout in before flying to Melbourne to spend Christmas and the New Year with family. But today was also a day of reflection.
2025 has shown me just how much we’ve grown as a team. This year pushed me far outside my comfort zone — growing as a coach, moving the business over to .active247 and having my entire team move with me, welcoming so many amazing new faces, and even hosting our very first Christmas party 🎄
More importantly (and I know I’m biased), we’ve built something really special — an incredible gym community. The personal bests, the transformations, and the grateful messages never get old. Through every challenge and every achievement in 2025, we’ve gone through it together and learned how to move as one.
I’m so proud of every single person who has crossed paths with me and put their trust in me to be part of their fitness journey. I can’t wait to continue this journey together in 2026 ✨

Brock is one of my very dedicated online clients who originally came to me wanting to change his current life situation, wanting to make healthier decisions for himself as he just had a enough, this transformation wasn’t just physical but it was also mental.
