Footy Fundamentals: Our Story

Footy Fundamentals is a carefully planned and structured toddler AFL program, which encourages your active toddlers to develop their fundamental movement skills in an AFL environment, using AFL equipment.

TODDLER KICKERS: designed for children aged 2 years – 3 years

‘Toddler Kickers’ is all about exposing our toddlers to the shape of an AFL football, and using big AFL equipment to encourage active movement, and the development of fundamental movement skills.Balance and Balls (2 yrs to 3 yrs) Mini Markers (3 yrs to 4 yrs) Kinder Kicks (4 yrs to 5 yrs) MINI KICKERS: designed for children aged 3 years – 4 years

‘Mini Kickers’ are at the age where they are starting to learn the art of kicking a football. They are put through a slightly more advanced course that uses different sized balls and equipment to further develop their fundamental movement skills, encourages listening skills, and introduces some basic teamwork skills.
