As part of my ongoing Master Trainer development journey, I had the opportunity to be the client in a Parts Integration session facilitated by Lakkana Komkai, a fellow Master Trainer Candidate from Thailand.
I brought an internal conflict around an important professional decision one where there were meaningful considerations on both sides.
What I appreciated most was the gentleness, patience, and care Lakkana brought into the session.
This process is such a beautiful reminder that the deeper intentions behind internal conflict can emerge when the space is held with presence and skill.
Even as someone who understands the structure of the process, it never ceases to amaze me how powerful this work can be in the hands of a skilled facilitator.
Lakkana allowed my internal process to unfold without rushing it. Her tonality was calm and steady, and she created a space that felt safe, respectful, and deeply supportive.
She asked the right questions at the right time, gently guiding me beyond the surface-level conflict and helping me identify the deeper intention beneath it.
What stood out to me most was how she helped me recognise that the parts which first appeared to be in conflict were, at a higher level, had the same intention.
By the end of the session, I felt more aligned and clearer in my direction.
It was a beautiful reminder that those of us who hold space for others must also continue to be willing to be held.
Thank you, Lakkana, for your patience, professionalism, and care. I deeply appreciate the way you held space and guided me through the process.
