⚽🥗 Fuel for Football! 💪
Our U10–U12 Academy and Development girls recently had the fantastic opportunity to take part in a nutrition workshop, learning how to fuel their bodies for training, games, recovery and overall wellbeing.
The session covered the importance of hydration, pre-game nutrition, recovery meals and snacks, and how making good food choices can help support performance both on and off the field. The girls asked some great questions and came away with practical tips they can start using straight away.
