Assistant to Operations Managers – Shorewater Marine Pty Ltd

Shorewater Marine Pty Ltd is looking for a bright, friendly, and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant to our Operations Managers.

This role has been created to support our operations supervisors and help ease the day-to-day workload across the business. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working with people, and being part of a supportive team environment.

About the Role:
You’ll be working closely with our operations team, assisting with a range of administrative and coordination tasks, including:

-Onboarding new personnel and organising documentation
-General administration and record keeping
-Assisting with report writing and documentation
-Supporting day-to-day operational needs
-Liaising with customers and stakeholders
-Assisting with marketing and digital/social media activities

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:

Friendly, approachable, and professional
Well organised with good attention to detail
Confident communicating with both team members and clients
Proactive and willing to learn
Comfortable using computers and digital tools

Experience in administration, marketing, or digital media is highly regarded, but not essential.

Shorewater Marine is excited to announce we have taken possession of our new vessel, "No Limits".

A big thank you to the team at OCEANEER MARINE BROKERS for their professionalism and support throughout the purchase.

Their concierge-style service made the transaction smooth, efficient, and stress-free, handling everything from documentation to regulatory transfers, insurance assistance, and operational certification.
Their support included verifying PPSR status, managing ownership transfers with AMSA and the WA Department of Transport, updating emergency registrations, assisting with certification and insurance, and coordinating key safety equipment transfers, making the entire process seamless for our team.

With the addition of No Limits, Shorewater Marine’s commercial fleet now grows to 15 vessels, strengthening our capability to support marine construction, inspection, and operational projects across the region.
