Meet Alice

Mum, health and fitness nerd, strength and conditioning lover and one of our StretchLab Wellington Flexologists!

After 20 years in the business world, Alice finally decided life was too short not to pursue what she actually loves. She’s now completing her Level 6 Diploma in Sport, Recreation and Exercise alongside a certification in Health Coaching.

When shes not with the family, you'll most likely find her strength training, running through the hills or head deep in research studies fulfilling her slight obsession with how the human body moves 😂

After years of problem solving in business, Alice has simply found a new kind of puzzle - the human body! She loves figuring out how people move, helping improve mobility, recovery and movement so they can keep doing the things they love.

Meet Ollie, one of our Flexologists at StretchLab Wellington! 👋

Ollie comes from a strong background in sport, with a particular passion for football and sports recovery. His experience in sport has developed his interest in movement, performance and helping people move and feel their best.

He completed his Bachelor of Sport Science through Otago University, building his knowledge of human movement, exercise and performance.

Ollie now brings his experience and knowledge into our studio and is excited to work one-on-one with our members to help them move better, improve flexibility and get more out of the things they love doing.

We’re excited to have Ollie as part of the StretchLab Wellington team!
