Our Wednesday women absolutely ATE today 🔥

Single leg lifts with roll backs and hinge backs… then just when everyone thought it was over, we added squats with pulses and heel lifts for that spicy lil burn 🌶️
Scooters, curtsy lunges, arm work and a sneaky full body shake session all wrapped up in 50 mins.

Add in a banging playlist and a surprise Walter appearance and honestly… elite behaviour from everyone involved 🐕‍🦺🐿️

Never tried Pilates before? Perfect. We can do 1:1’s or just let our instructor know!!!

My partner said reformer Pilates looks like I’m trying to escape a mouse trap and now I physically cannot unsee it 🫠🐭

Meanwhile our class today was out here doing side legs, squats, shaky little ab pulses and pretending we were okay afterwards.

And yes… feet in straps made a return because apparently glutes deserve character development.

Back at it!! 🐿️

Our Wednesday 10:15am crew absolutely cooked their side-lying legs and arms today, rolled straight into a cheeky squat series, then an ab burner that was SO rude it didn’t even make the camera roll 🎥😵‍💫

And because it’s a class with Tahlia… you already know we finished with feet in straps. Glutes shaking, souls leaving bodies, everybody somehow still smiling 🫶🏼
