Comparing the acceleration from a 3-point and a ground ball pick. Compared to a 3-point start, the angle of projection is too horizontal after a ground ball pick. As a result, the left hip and knee were not fully extended during the front leg push. Therefore, it is important to get to the correct angle during the first stance phase.
ボールを拾ってから走る場合、どうしても体が前傾するので、Front Leg Pushで前足の膝と股関節の可動域を使い切るのは難しいかもしれませんね。そうなったら、何とかして次の一歩で態勢を立て直しましょう。
