I was once told that as a coach ‘if you make a decision, you should be able to explain why’ and I’ve always remembered that since in every client that I’ve worked with.

Your coach can write out the perfect plan, but sometimes things don’t go the way that you thought they might, and decisions and changes will have to be made on the fly to adjust and account for things not going as planned.

One thing that im really proud of myself as a coach is that im not stuck to any certain way of doing things and im always willing to learn and work with a situation rather than against it to create the best possible outcome for the individual person I’m working with.
