Some favourable mirror shots I’ve cherry picked from over the couple of weeks.

Push is going extremely smooth, firing on all cylinders and feeling great across the board.

Currently only 2kg away from my peak body weight last push at just over 107kg - certainly in better condition than last time too.

Things have just ramped up coming into week 7 into this push so I’m excited for the progress that’s still to come.

Prep starts Nov/Dec so we’ve got plenty of time to make further improvements 🚀

All the best times in this last year have all been around other people. I know this next year will be even better once again and filled with even more memories around those I value.

The best memories this last year were those that were surrounded by people I love and the people I look up to.

I know this next one will be no different in that sense, but also once again even better.

Roughly 8 weeks out last year of the NSW state show. Although no where near stage ready, I did love this look.

Plans set in motion for next years shows, just need to make the most of the remainder of this offseason and see what kind of physique we can present next year 🤟🏼

Things that are improving my back…

* Training hard and hitting failure.
Growth happens when you push past what’s comfortable for you. Training to or at least near failure forces the muscle to grow.

* Full range of motion.
Using full range of motion makes sure you’re getting maximum muscle activation and growth out of your movements. Half reps usually equal half the results. Control, stretch, contract properly!

* Getting good at the basics.
The basics build work, there’s a reason that the biggest people in the gym are doing them. Mastery of the fundamentals always pays off.

Maybe send this to a friend who needs a hand training their back 🤷🏼‍♂️
