Thank you to all who filled out the survey. The feedback was just what we needed!!

What’s coming!

Weekend schedule. Let’s welcome a Saturday 6am and Sunday 7am. This will begin after Easter.

The Racks for you all to get stronger and lift heavier. They are coming! (When we make some money)

Equipment upgrades. Over the next few weeks you’ll see equipment being cleaned and maintained. As well as new bits a pieces arriving.

Body scans.
More member tracking with more body scans. Reducing the price to $20/scan.

The Creche and our amazing Creche volunteers. These ladies are the backbone of that little room. Yes they all have working with children’s checks!
The room will also see some upgrades soon.

There’s so much more to come.

We’ve got a massive long weekend planned to keep you moving through all those chocolate treats. Here is everything you need to know from Friday the 3rd to Monday the 6th:

🗓️ THE LINEUP
* Friday 3rd (Good Friday): We’re hitting Drift! Two sessions only at 8:00 AM & 9:00 AM. Spots are flying, so jump on the app ASAP! 💨

* Saturday 4th: It’s Noho with a twist! Join us at 7:10 AM & 8:20 AM as we welcome DJ Big Daddy to the decks for a very special send-off for our beloved Pam. Let’s make her final classes unforgettable! 🎶👋

* Sunday 5th: Normal Sunday schedule is on! Plus, bring the little ones for a Special Easter Egg Hunt at 9:50 AM. Make sure to book their spot in the app! 🍫🧺

* Monday 6th (Easter Monday): Back to two sessions at 8:00 AM & 9:00 AM to burn off that long weekend energy! 🔥

Meet the new owner-operators of F45 Training Burns Beach, Murray 🙋🏻‍♂️, Rebekah 🙋🏻‍♀️ and baby girl Kenzie 👧🏼

“Today is one of those bittersweet moments that’s hard to put into words… 🤍

After a full decade with F45 Training, it’s time for me to pass the ropes of F45 Training Burns Beach to new hands… and what a beautiful set of hands they are 🥹✨

From day one, alongside my incredible business partner Renan, we poured everything into building not just one — but two F45 studios. This unforgettable chapter of our lives started back in 2016, when we arrived from Brazil 🇧🇷 with 4 suitcases, some savings in the bank and the dream 💭 of building our lives in Australia 🇦🇺 🦘

Early mornings, late nights, challenges, Covid-19..and through it all, a community that became family 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒

To every single member I’ve coached, laughed with, pushed, and celebrated — thank you 🙏🏼 You’ve been part of something so much bigger than fitness. Thousands of lives, stories, transformations, and memories that I will carry with me forever ✨

This place has been my heart and that’s why it means everything to know it’s being passed on to the RIGHT people ☀️

I’m beyond proud to welcome Rebekah and Murray — and their beautiful daughter Kenzie — as the new owners. Not only do they bring a wealth of experience with F45 here in Perth and internationally in Qatar 🇶🇦 but they bring something even more important… a genuine love for fitness, people and community 🤍

I truly believe F45 Burns Beach is about to enter an incredible new chapter under their care 🚀

The official handover will take place on April 1st, and while this is goodbye to ownership — it’s definitely not goodbye to the studio. You’ll still catch me in the room for some cheeky sessions and indecent jokes 😜
