LADIES BOOTCAMP INFORMATION

If you are looking to get fit this Winter and struggling to fit a session in come down to my Tuesday or Thursday session held .

This is my most affordable class I offer at $17.50 per class you get a workout programmed by me a personal trainer and run by me.

I have girls who have been attending my classes for 3 years now and continue to show up each week.

I also have complete newbies who have never exercised or lifted a weight in their lives coming down each week.

This class caters to all fitness levels.

Let’s talk meal prep 🥕🥗🍗

This is one single habit I aim to keep consistent with each week.
I pick one day per week I set aside an hour and make 5-6 meals and this is a non negotiable.

I will then aim to eat them at either lunch or dinner during the week and I cannot tell you how many times these meals have saved me stress, time and from eating something random that is neither nourishing or satisfying.

My top tip if you are struggling with eating nourishing protein rich meals do yourself a favour and pre make some meals for during the week.

Do you know what lights me up? ✨

When clients tell me I am the highlight of their week and just how much they love coming to see me each week.
It honestly never gets old further clarifies I am doing exactly what I am supposed to be doing not only that shows they are enjoying the process which is everything when it comes to getting results because we all know. Consistency is key!

Some on the conversations I end up having with my clients are honestly the best and bring me so much joy!

You all light me up and I just love seeing each and everyone of you each week.

Let’s talk protein…. 💪

I have heard lately through conversations with different woman saying they are scared to eat protein as they think it will make them gain weight 😳

In fact it does the opposite.

💪 Protein has a high thermic affect which means your body requires more energy to break down which helps boost metabolism

💪 Protein makes you feel full therefore you will eat less calories overall helping with a calorie deficit if fat loss is the goal

💪 Protein helps build lean muscle mass which is what you need to look lean

💪 Protein is important for fat loss and muscle gain all your health and fitness goals should be based around protein

A great starting point for how much protein you should be aiming for per meal👇🏽

Inactive Person: 1.2 grams per kg
Active Person: 1.5-1.8grams per kg
Muscle Building: 2 grams per kg

If you are unsure 🫤 on what this amount is download a diet tracking app and start tracking your protein for 1-2 weeks so you can get a rough idea on how much you should be having per meal.
