Week 3 done for our Shilla Warriors in training this week…🥋🥋👌🏼
I’m very proud of you all, training hard whilst have fun with our Shilla family.
Family oriented club, with a lot of respect to each other and myself, which I wouldn’t have it any other way.

A another HUGE thanks to our Black Belt Helpers Joanna and Tylah in our Warriors classes for helping out, and to our Junior Black Belt Leadership Team for all their help as well, always when needed.
Thanks again to our Shilla photographers, Raj, Warren and John for all the awesome footage sent to me, in order for me to crop and make up our great reels for our club, it’s very much appreciated.

Awesome week 3 of training for our Shilla Ninjas!🥷🥷
A ‘HUGE’ thanks once again to our Junior Black Belt Leadership Team (Raynesh, Tylah & Klarise) for helping out in all our Ninja classes, it’s very much appreciated, and raising another generation in becoming future Assistant Instructors for our family oriented club.👌🏼
Well done to all our Shilla Ninja students in training this school term once again.
Very proud of you all.

All set up and ready to kick off term 3 with our formal grading presentations from last school term, for students that were eligible to grade last term.
Great way to kick off term 3, then straight into paddle work for another great term of training.

Last night for term 2 Wednesday night, for our Shilla Ninjas 🥷 and Warriors 🥋 that could make training for a fun night.

Last week of training for term 2 is fun week for students that can make it, extra training week being an 11 week term.
Our Tuesday Ninja class, small class but fun class. See you guys on Wednesday & Thursday to finish off this term.

All set up for our formal gradings this Saturday, just need to mop down after tonight’s training session and we are all good to go.
We have a few coloured belts grading this term, Ninjas & Warriors.👌🏼
Two, Red 3’s grading for their Provisional Black Belts 👍 and four Provisional Black Belts grading for their full Black Belts 👍 which will be recognised world-wide through the Taekwondo Kukkiwon Headquarters in Korea, under myself and Shilla Taekwondo.
Good luck in advanced to all students that are eligible for grading this Saturday.
Red Belts and Provisional Black Belts, will be expecting an intense and hard 5 hour grading ahead, and all students to finish off smashing through their board breaks, I might even do 1 or 2!?
We have spares if any parent would to give it a go.

I sincerely thank 8 of our Shilla Black Belts that are free and able to assist with our formal gradings this Saturday, to help all students move to their next levels in Taekwondo, full Martial Arts Spirits right there!👊🏼
A later Black Belt lunch will be on me again as usual.

And off course all students even get a treat after their gradings 🍫 even me, lol..
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be supplied for all parents, grandparents and carers only while you enjoy the gradings.

Thanks to our Junior Black Belt Leadership Team for all their help during this term assisting me with students, and to my partner Leigh as well for a lot of admin work that gets done behind the scenes, she’s teaching me a lot on the computer as well, but it still does my head in…😜😂

Thanks again Raj for donating a circular saw to me to make my job easier to cut down all the boards.

And once again I’d like to thank the whole team from the Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre, for allowing me to have my full time Dojang set up in your premises. It’s such a pleasure.😊
